Service Fees

At Koh Samui Retirement Village, we are happy to provide a transparent fact sheet where all payments are reported in advance, and you have the assurance that you will recognize what your expenditures will be during your residency and how much you will be reimbursed once you leave.

For each villa, a fixed service fee will be charged monthly, covering all on-site services provided such as shuttle service, general project maintenance, maids and pool maintenance.  The monthly service charge is measured on a square meter scale, based on the type and volume of each resident’s villa.

The service fee is charged on a monthly basis or, based on your desires, a lump sum payment may be made to cover the service fees for a fixed period of time.   Electric and water bills will be issued by the developers agency, calculated based on individual use, and are to be paid separately from the Fixed Service Fee.
