If you are over the age of 60, KSRV offers you independent living in a community environment. Your needs are personalized to whatever you want, a 24-hour concierge with our staff are on hand to help organise a range of services for you. The resort is designed to facilitate all-round access. The villas are built with large corridors and extra spacious bathrooms that can be modified if needed for ongoing care.

Assisted Living

With a 24 hour concierge service available to residents, all of your needs and requirements can be handled smoothly and efficiently in one place.  A range of services are available to residents such as cleaning, linen service and assistance with shopping, it is simply a case of using the concierge service to help or recommend any which may be useful to you. The restaurant will ensure that all of your dietary requirements are met for your convenience, with a room service option available or pre-prepared meals that you can take with you if you are going out (additional costs apply).
